With clients in Maryland, Delaware, the District of Columbia, Virginia and Pennsylvania, he also has clients in Maine, California and Florida. Frank holds securities registrations of the Series 7 and 66, Insurance licenses in Life, Health & Variable with a Long Term Care endorsement, and also holds a CLTC, Certification in Long Term Care. This CLTC is an integral part of the Retirement Planning portion of his business, which he has taught classes in for many years. Frank has always been a firm believer that a good financial education allows his clients to better understand their financial situation.

Frank is married to the former Maureen Brennan, and has two daughters, Jessica and Megan. His hobbies include music, sports and the beach, which he loves sharing with his family. His daughter's swimming prowess got him involved and volunteering his time, such that he has now become a local and nationally certified USA Swimming Official. Being on deck when Megan swims is one of his greatest joys!
